The lands of our estate have been home to various olive trees for as long as we can remember, thus acquiring the qualification of centuries-old trees.
Originally, around the early 1900s, the number of trees covered the family’s oil needs, in fact it is only over the years, at the same time as the development of the farm, that new trees were planted in order to increase production .
In the last twenty years, more than half of the original olive trees have been planted, as evidence of our commitment to the sustainability and conservation of the ecosystem.
To date, one of the strengths of our oil is the absence of any type of treatment, favoring instead respect for natural cycles and the use of harvesting tools that are non-invasive for the plant.
